Free discovery calls
Discovery calls are complimentary and intended to run for 20 minutes. Choose an available time through Google Calendar and check the time zone and appointment details. Free calls may be cancelled or rescheduled without a financial penalty. Please give notice when possible.
Consultations and included training
The introductory AI & Digital Strategy Consultation is A$199 for 60 minutes and arranged by enquiry. Availability is confirmed before payment is requested. The free discovery calendar is not a paid reservation system. Couples product setup and its included online training session are arranged separately after purchase using your payment reference.
Cancellation and rescheduling
For a standalone paid consultation, at least 24 hours’ notice allows free rescheduling or refund of the prepaid consultation fee. With less notice or non-attendance, contact us to discuss reasonable rescheduling. Any fee must be previously disclosed, proportionate and lawful; there is no automatic full-fee forfeiture. Couples bundle cancellations are assessed under Payments & Refunds, not automatically as cancellation of a standalone consultation.
BergMetric cancellations
If we cancel a paid consultation, we offer a suitable alternative or full refund. If an included product session cannot be delivered, we arrange a replacement or an appropriate remedy for the undelivered service. Technical failures are addressed fairly, taking account of meaningful delivery and statutory rights.
Confirmations and workshops
Check the time zone, duration and joining details in your confirmation. Contact us about discrepancies or accessibility needs. Custom workshops require agreed participant numbers, format, materials, preparation and cancellation terms. A website click is not stored policy acceptance or a confirmed appointment.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable mandatory protections remain in effect. Request booking changes through the confirmation options or connect@bergmetric.com.au.
