Couples system and other resources
The Couples Financial Management System costs A$129 one-time, including system access, initial setup for one couple, one guided online implementation and training session, and independent-use guidance. No additional compulsory setup or training charge applies. Business dashboard, workforce, AI toolkit and training resources are enquiry-only; availability, pricing and specifications are agreed before purchase. Catalogue artwork is illustrative.
Household licence
The couples system carries a non-exclusive, non-transferable, ongoing personal-use licence for one household with up to two partners. You may customise your copy for your household. Commercial resale, redistribution, sublicensing and public sharing require authorisation. Your financial information remains yours. A visit or enquiry does not grant a licence.
Requirements and support
Review product details and ask about compatibility before purchasing. Any required software, subscription or additional third-party cost must be disclosed before commitment. Included assistance is initial setup, one guided online session and independent-use guidance. An ongoing licence does not itself include unlimited support or future updates.
Delivery and implementation
Purchase through Stripe, retain your payment reference and contact BergMetric to coordinate setup and training. We verify payment and supply the system as part of the agreed guided implementation. This is not an instant automated website download. Contact us if delivery or session arrangements cannot be completed.
Ownership and safe use
BergMetric retains its applicable original system and template intellectual property; customer data remains the customer’s. Third-party software remains subject to its own terms. Household customisation is permitted, but changes may affect troubleshooting. Do not supply banking passwords or unnecessary sensitive records. The system is a budgeting and organisation tool, not personalised financial advice or a guarantee of debt reduction.
Business resource licences
Any business resource licence is specified before purchase, including user or entity limits and permitted internal adaptation. No resale, public distribution or sublicensing is permitted without authorisation. The couples household licence does not authorise commercial use. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
Refunds and rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable mandatory protections remain in effect. See Payments & Refunds and Booking Policy for cancellations, rescheduling and remedies. Receiving a file or completing one bundle component does not automatically remove rights relating to another component or a defect.
